((Hi everyone, I am your new Laura. This is my first thread, so please be gentle with me ^^ ))
Laura Winslow Urkel was sitting on the beach, her knees drawn up in front of her, and with her arms around her knees. The wind was playing with her long, dark hair, and her beautiful dark brown eyes were filled with tears, after she had watched the Hilary show on TV and watched her husband lock lips with Myra Monkhouse for at least 10 minutes. Laura was devastated. She didn't remember how she got to Sunset Beach, but now she was here, looking at the sunset, and feeling the sun set down in her heart and in the happiness of her marriage as well.
Oh, Steve, how could you?
But of course he could. He was after all a man. And Laura knew that all men were cheaters. And liars. A sob escaped the young woman, and she leaned her forehead against her arm and bursted out in tears. Her tiny shoulders were shaking with each sob.

Most men were liars but Steve however was not. Laura knew Steve all these years, she should know that there is a logical explanation for this. She should know that Steve would never cheat on her. Laura knew how Myra was when it came to Steve. After all one time before they got married she seen Myra kissing Steve and knew exactly that it was Myra's fault not Steve's, how is this any different?
"How could I?....How could I? You know how Myra is! She jumped on top of me and started kissing me! I never cheated on you, and I never plan on cheating! I am not that type of person! You should know that by now, I mean after all these years of begging for your love, now that I finally got it, do you think I would take advantage of you? You know that I would never do that! I always only cared about your happiness!.....Myra was on top of me, I couldn't move! You know how she is when she is around me!.........But then again.....I still could have done something!....I could have....I could have....awww what could I have done?.....Nothing!........I feel so ashamed!....I always mess up everything!...It's either I break something or mess up something! Seeing you hurt, hurts me!...But most importantly....it hurts me even more that you actually think that I cheated on you!.....You should know me better than that!"
Tears started to fall and roll down the cheek of Steve. He felt so ashamed. He began to feel that he really does mess up everything and that everything is his fault when it really wasn't. He began to think that he doesn't deserve to be around normal people.
"Maybe I really shouldn't be around normal people anymore! I seem to break or mess up everything and sight! After all, who could love someone like me!....I messed up everything! You, and your family mean everything to me!....I never wanted to hurt anyone!....I don't deserve to be around people like you!...I'm not worthy!....I'm just a guy who is alone in this world...a guy who can't seem to do anything right!"
With tears still pouring down his cheeks he began to walk the other way. He felt so ashamed of himself. Even though none of this was his fault, he thought it was. No man should have to go through any pain like this.

A soft, sweet voice sounded behind Steve.
"Steve......."
Laura had stopped crying. Her dark brown, beautiful doe eyes were looking pleadingly at him.
"Stay?"
Her voice was filled with all the love she was feeling from the deep of her heart.

Steve stopped right dead in his tracks. He looked at her for a moment.
"Why?....I don't deserve to be around people like you! What happened out there was unacceptable! Even though I took no part in what Myra did, It's still my fault!...I messed up everything! I always do! You don't deserve this sweetheart! You deserve far better! I'm so ashamed!...I wish that for once in my life I could do something right!..."
The tears didn't stop. He felt so ashamed and he thought it was all his fault. It just continued.

Laura stood up and came over to Steve's side, her dark brown eyes looking deeply into his. She lifted her hand and gently wiped away the tears falling down his cheek, and her eyes were filled with love for him.
"Don't blame yourself for what happened, darling. Don't you think I remember how Myra always tried to break us up? It's not your fault. It just hurt when I saw her kissing you like that. For one moment there you looked like you enjoyed it. And that.... broke my heart. If I lose you, I don't know what to do. I love you, Steve..."

He looked at her and then when the tears were wiped away by her, after she spoke the tears went a way. After what she said it made him feel better about the whole thing. He grabbed her hands and then looked into her eyes.
"I love you too sweetheart! I know it hurt, after all these years I have never taken advantage of you and I never plan to. I always loved you with all my heart, and I respect you! I would never betray you! Myra kissed me, we all know what she did. But lets not forget, Myra would and will do anything that she can to ruin our marriage. You know that, and i know that....but most of the reason I overreacted a minute ago was because seeing your heart broken..broke my heart!"

Laura held his hands in hers, looking deeply into his eyes. She leaned in and kissed him softly on the lips.
"I know you love me, Steve. I have always loved you too. Do you know when I realized I was in love with you? The Christmas my favorite teddy was thrown at the scrapheap, and you went out to all the garbage places in down, looking for it. You didn't give up before you found it. You were cold and frozen when you returned, but you had found my teddy. I know then that you were the only one for me."
She embraced him and kissed him with passion.
"I will not let anyone come between us again."

His hands were in hers. She kissed him on the lips. He then listened to what Laura said as she mentioned her Teddy.
"Of course I looked for your teddy. I love you! I knew how much the Teddy meant to you and I was not about to give up until I found it. I knew that finding it would make you happy and all I care about it your happiness. You were in love with me then? I didn't know that. Maybe it's because the next day I asked you on a date and you turned me down...again. You didn't admit you have feelings for me until 3 years later."
A moment later their lips were pressed against each other with full passion.

Laura wrapped her arms around Steve and kissed him back passionately. Memories from their childhood, every sweet thing he had done for her, out of love, kept flashing through her mind, and those memories made her kisses even more passionate.
She laid back down in the sand, with Steve on top of her, while they continued kissing passionately. Laura pressed her body to his and whispered hotly in his ear.
"I love you, Steve Quincy Urkel."

She kissed him back and it seems she laid down in the sand and brought Steve down with her, thus him on top of her and their lips still pressed against one another and with their bodies pressing against one another as well. Next thing you know she whispered in his ear hotly making him heat up.
"I love you too sweetheart!......Laura......I know I ask you this everyday but I still can't help but ask....am I dreaming?......I waited my whole life for you to love me...and ever since you admitted your love for me a year ago, I've been in shock!"

Laura kissed Steve passionately and pressed her body to his with passion. She smiled when she heard his words to her, and she kissed him again before whispering in his ear.
"You are not dreaming, sweetheart. I really do love you. I will never love anyone but you and......"
She hesitated for a moment, afraid it would be too much for him. Then she looked deeply into his eyes and whispered.
"......I want your babies, Steve."

Steve kissed her back passionately and with all the love that he had for his wife and then looked at her and listened to everything she said and then without a pause he finally took a moment to respond.
"Oh, I'm glad to hear that i'm not dreaming!"
Next thing you know he heard words about children. That got him so excited.
"Real...Real...Really!?" he said with a smile....right then and there he fainted and laid unconscious on Laura.

Laura smiled when she noticed the smile on his face when she spoke about children. Then the excitement was too much for him, and he fainted. Laura sighed and stroke his hair gently.
"I should have known the excitement would be too much for you," she mumbled.
She wrapped her arms around him, protecting his head, and then rolled over, so he was laying on his back in the sand, and she wasn't trapped under him. Then she smiled and took off her jacket, placing it on top of him so he wouldn't get cold when he was sleeping.
Her dark brown eyes got a warm glow when she watched him, and she leaned in and gave him a kiss on the lips.
"Good night, my love," she said softly.
She sat beside him with her knees pulled up in front of her, and with her arms around her knees, watching the sun on it's way down the horizon. The sky got a beautiful red and golden color, and the wild geese were flying across the sky. Laura sat and felt the peace and calm in the nature, knowing that she was truly happy with a husband like Steve.

Steve was unconscious at the moment, but not for long because when Laura kissed him on the lips his eyes opened quick. He sat up and looked at Laura. He then began to remember what Laura whispered to him and he looked over to her.
"You sure know how to wake someone up!....Oh and Laura...did you really mean what you said to me a couple minutes ago?"
He wasn't going to ask her if she wanted his babies or not because in some ways he is a very shy person. When he was younger he was so shy that he wouldn't change clothes or get dressed or undressed in front of his dog.

Laura smiled when Steve opened his eyes and looked up at her. The things her husband said about her being capable of waking him up, made her smile.
"Of course I meant it," she said. "I have wanted that for a while now. I just didn't know how to tell you. I was afraid the shock would be too much for you."
She brushed some sand out of his hear, a twinkle of humor in her beautiful, dark brown eyes.
"And it was...."
